Monthly Donations can be made any of the following ways:
PRE-AUTHORIZED DEBITS
To set up pre-authorized monthly donations, please download and fill out the PAD form below and return it to us.
PAD forms can be emailed to financials@fsms.ca or mailed to us at:

M-Th: 9am to 3:30pm, F: 9am to 12:30pm
Please note: monthly PAD is taken on the 15th of every month
E-TRANSFER
E-transfers can be setup for automatic monthly payments. When completing an e-transfer, most banks allow you to schedule the transfer date and frequency. For assistance with setting up recurring e-transfers, please contact your bank.

Automatic monthly payments can be set up online below. To set your scheduling preferences click on "Show Scheduling Options."
Please note: when donating online through Canada Helps, Fresh Start loses 3.5% of the donation made. Please consider choosing from our options above to help ensure we receive 100% of your donations.

Spending of funds is confined to Fresh Start Support Service approved programs and projects. Each contribution directed towards an approved program or project will be used as restricted with the understanding that when the need for such a program or project has been met, or cannot be completed for any reason as determined by the board, the remaining restricted contributions will be used where most needed.
