Executive Director
(Full-Time, Permanent)
Fresh Start Support Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Executive Director to provide leadership for our Christ-centered ministry supporting mothers and children in transitional housing.
The Executive Director will oversee operations, staff, fundraising, community partnerships, and strategic growth while upholding our Statement of Faith and Sanctity of Life Statements. This full-time position is based at our House of Homes in St. Thomas, Ontario, with a target start date of August 4, 2026.
Salary range: $68,000–$83,000 annually, plus a Health Care Spending Account.
