HOUSE OF HOMES APPLICATION

By completing this form, you are submitting an application for housing (House of Homes) at Fresh Start Support Services. Applications will be reviewed and added to a waitlist. You will be contacted by a Fresh Start staff member for next steps in the future.

Please read the following information before applying:​

  • The House of Homes is an apartment building with 12 fully furnished 2-bedroom units

  • To live in the House of Homes, you must be a pregnant or parenting mother with children ages 4 and under, only two children per unit

  • You must be able to live alone with your children - the House of Homes does not have staff supervising apartments

  • House of Homes is transitional housing. This means that you may be offered a 1-year contract and supported in finding permanent housing once your contract is finished

  • You must be willing to work with a Fresh Start staff to support your long-term goals

  • Parenting and life skills groups programs will be offered
